All the jeep safaris are guided and driven by our experienced and knowledgeable local guides in 4 x 4 jeeps with 3 passengers in each vehicle. We are on and off road, on sometimes very bumpy and dusty tracks!

BEAUTIFUL BALOS

More than just a trip to Balos beach we begin with a visit to Polyrinia – a charming sleepy traditional Cretan village that was once the fortified stronghold of the region. After an informed tour we head off to travel up the Gramvoussa peninsular with its stunning views over the Bay of Kissamos. There is plenty of time to explore and relax at the fantastic lagoon of Balos and a delicious picnic lunch is included in the day.

The tours are designed for people in good health who are able to get in and out of the back seat of a jeep easily. Comfortable footwear with a good grip on the sole is recommended as are clothes that you don’t mind getting dusty. Please have with you water, sun cream, sunhat and bathing suit.
